Hotel Policies

Damage Waivers/Security Deposit:
All guests must present valid photo ID upon check-in and a valid credit card for security deposit authorization. No cash security deposits are taken.

Minimum Age Requirements:
All guests must be 18 years or older to check into the hotel unless accompanied by parent /guardian who is staying in their room. Call our reservations team about minors with legally notarized travel approval.
Disruptive noise and behavior in the guest rooms and common spaces are prohibited.

Extra Person Charge:
An additional $25 per adult (18+) per night room charge may apply depending on the room type booked.  Please note - no roll-away beds are available.
Children under 17 stay free when accompanied by a parent/guardian using existing bedding in room. Baby cribs available upon request.

Parking Charges:
Nightly parking is complimentary at Hotel Azure Tahoe.

Cancellation Policy:
REGULAR: January 3rd – December 15th:  One-night deposit is processed at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is due upon arrival.   Cancellation more than 3 days prior to arrival one night deposit will be refunded.  Cancellation within 3 days of arrival the one night deposit will be non-refundable.
HOLIDAY: December 16th – January 1st:  One-night non-refundable deposit is processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be processed on December 1st and is non-refundable.

Check out time - 11:00am
Check in time - 4:00pm
Pool is open from 10:00am - 11:00pm

Guestroom Taxes

All rooms are subject to 12% Occupancy taxes per night plus a $3.00 Tourism assessment fee per night.
