Damage Waivers/Security Deposit:
All guests must present valid photo ID upon check-in and a valid credit card for security deposit authorization. No cash security deposits are taken.
Minimum Age Requirements:
There are no age requirements to check into a guest room but disruptive noise and behavior in the guest rooms and common spaces are prohibited.
Extra Person Charge:
An additional $25 per adult (18+) per night room charge may apply depending on the room type booked. Please note - no roll-away beds are available.
Children under 17 stay free when accompanied by a parent/guardian using existing bedding in room. Baby cribs available upon request.
Parking Charges:
Nightly parking is complimentary at Hotel Azure Tahoe.
Cancellation Policy:
REGULAR: January 1st – December 19th: One-night deposit is processed at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation more than 3 days prior to arrival one night deposit will be refunded. Cancellation within 3 days of arrival the one night deposit will be non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals, early checkouts, or no show.
HOLIDAY: December 20th – December 31st: One-night non-refundable deposit is processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be processed on December 1st and is non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals, early checkouts, or no show.
General:
Check out time - 11:00am
Check in time - 4:00pm
Pool is open from 10:00am - 10:00pm

Guestroom Taxes
All rooms are subject to 12% Occupancy taxes per night plus a $3.00 Tourism assessment fee per night.
