Lake Tahoe Hot Air Balloons is the ONLY company in the world to fly over stunning Lake Tahoe. You will meet before sunrise and board the Tahoe Flyer, the one of a kind Catamaran Style aircraft carrier vessel. It was specifically designed and built to inflate and launch hot air balloons off of its upper deck. Enjoy coffee, tea, and snacks as the boat cruises out on the lake. Once the best launch location has been chosen by the FAA licensed pilot you will be invited to watch the inflation of the Hot Air Balloon from the observation deck. After inflation, you will board & ascend effortlessly over Lake Tahoe.

From lake level to magnificent panoramic views, your pilot acts as your guide and welcomes questions from you and fellow adventurers while pointing out local points of interest and Tahoe’s extraordinary beauty. Enjoy views of Emerald Bay, the second most photographed spot in the U.S., Fallen Leaf Lake, Cascade Lake and the Desolation Wilderness.
The flight concludes with an impressive landing on the upper deck of the Tahoe Flyer piloted by an experienced boat captain as the crew catches and deflates the balloon. To celebrate this once in a lifetime experience the pilot, crew and our guests enjoy a traditional champagne toast with plenty of champagne, mimosas, and snacks while cruising back to the Tahoe Keys Marina.
