Current Policies

Our number one priority is for your well-being and enjoyment. Please take a moment to go over our hotel policies, which are designed to optimize your experience at our hotel.

Damage Waivers/Security Deposit
All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in and a valid credit card for security deposit authorization. No cash security deposits are permitted.

Minimum Age Requirements
There are no age requirements to check into our hotel, but disruptive noise and behavior in the guest rooms and common spaces are prohibited.

Extra Person Charge
An additional $25 per adult (18+) per night room charge may apply depending on the room type booked. Please note: No roll-away beds are available.

Children under 17 stay free when accompanied by a parent and/or guardian using existing bedding in the room. Baby cribs are available upon request.

Parking Charges
Nightly parking is complimentary.

Cancellation Policies
STANDARD: January 1 – December 19
One-night deposit is processed at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. If canceling your reservation more than three (3) days prior to arrival, your one-night deposit will be refunded. For cancellations within three (3) days of arrival, the one-night deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, early checkouts, or no-shows.

HOLIDAY: December 20–31
A one-night non-refundable deposit is processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be processed on December 1st and is non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, early checkouts, or no-shows.
